Project management for the 2 GW offshore stations BalWin alpha & BalWin beta, with technical oversight of discipline-specific subprojects. Assurance of compliance with project timelines, budgetary constraints, quality requirements, and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards in accordance with offshore industry regulations. Responsibility for the technical planning, execution, and commissioning of the offshore stations. Oversight of permit compliance, regulatory requirements, and adherence to applicable technical specifications throughout all project phases. Development of detailed project documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, decision papers, and comprehensive risk assessments. Execution of regular supplier audits, status meetings, and site inspections to monitor progress and ensure contractual and technical conformity. Cross-functional coordination with internal technical departments and interface management across project stakeholders. Identification, evaluation, and management of project-specific risks; formulation and implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies. Direction and coordination of external service providers as well as support of the project directors of the grid connection systems BalWin1 & BalWin2.

Subproject Manager 'Mechanical Auxiliary Systems' for the 900 MW Offshore Stations DolWin delta & BorWin delta

Technical oversight of all mechanical auxiliary systems for the 900 MW offshore stations DolWin delta and BorWin delta - including auxiliary power supply, general utility systems, cooling, water and drainage systems, as well as fire protection, life-saving appliances, and safety equipment. Additional responsibilities included supporting the overall project management of the offshore station development, ensuring alignment between technical disciplines and project execution.
